The main recommendation for reducing heaviness in the stomach is to restore your diet. Doctors advise reducing portion sizes but increasing the number of meals to four to five times a day. It is important to keep to a diet and exclude fatty, smoked, spicy and gas-forming foods such as dairy products, legumes, and cabbage.
After eating, you should not go to bed or exercise immediately. The best option would be a walk in the fresh air. It is necessary to avoid overeating. If you fail to resist the temptation, you should reduce the load on your digestive system the next day by giving preference to foods that are easily digestible.
